  Proper physical conditioning reduces the likelihood of injuries.  Athletic Trainers recognize and understand that proper conditioning is one of the major causes of sports related injuries.  Improper conditioning such as, muscular imbalance and /or inadequate muscle bulk, problems relating to flexability and insufficient muscular or cardiovascular endurance, are direcly attributable to injury. 

At Back To Sports, we emphasize total body fitness.  We incorporate the three main components of fitness: strength, endurance and flexability, in all of our fitness prescriptions.  Back To Sports clientele are guaranteed one-on-one attention every session.

As Certified Athletic Trainers, we at Back To Sports, have the skills necessary to design sport-specific training routines and/or rehabilitative exercise programs for specific injuries.  Fitness begins and ends with the total body.
